Aether Industries Limited (Aether) has entered into a contract/exclusive manufacturing agreement with Chemoxy International Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the SEQENS Group (Seqens).

Under this take-or-pay contract, Aether will produce a series of natural bio-based products exclusively for Seqens. The contract spans an initial period of three years. The production is expected to commence over the next 10 months with a volume of 100+ MT per year.

Headquartered in France, the SEQENS group is an integrated global leader in Health, Personal Care, and Speciality Ingredients, operating 16 production sites and 9 R&D centers worldwide, with an annual revenue of € 1.1 billion.

The innovative manufacturing process, which involves a complex process and continuous reaction technology, was collaboratively developed by Aether and Seqens over the past three years.

This venture marks a significant milestone for Aether’s renewables and sustainability business segment, enhancing Aether’s reputation as a leading India-based speciality chemical manufacturer and provider of sustainable and carbon-neutral chemistry solutions across the industry spectrum.
