Company has stopped production of Vinyl Sulphone (VS) plant at village Indrad, district Mehsana, Gujarat as it is due for maintenance

Aksharchem (India) Ltd. has stopped production of Vinyl Sulphone (VS) plant at village Indrad, district Mehsana, Gujarat as it is due for maintenance since last maintenance was taken five years before.
Considering the above and also ongoing prevailing adverse market conditions in the recent months, the company has decided to take planned maintenance and stop the production of VS with immediate effect.
However dispatch operations of the company remain “as usual” and we foresee that in near future the market conditions will become favorable and the production of VS will resume.
