Alkyl Amines Chemicals Q4FY22 net profit declines on higher income
Net profit declined 50% to reach Rs.46.42 crores in Q4FY22 versus Rs.92.60 crores in the same period last year

Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has reported a 12% growth in total income at Rs. 429.06 crores in Q4FY22 as compared to Rs.383.58 crores during the period ended March 31, 2021.
Net profit declined 50% to reach Rs.46.42 crores in Q4FY22 versus Rs.92.60 crores in the same period last year.
EPS also fell 50% and stood at Rs.9.07 for the period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs.18.10 for the period ended March 31, 2021.
The company's board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 /- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 500%) for the financial year 2021-22. The same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
For the full year, company has posted 25% rise in total income to reach Rs.1556.98 crores in FY22 as against Rs.1249.39 crores in FY21.
Net profit for FY22 declined 24% to reach Rs.224.89 crores in FY22 versus Rs.295.34 crores for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.
The company has reported EPS of Rs.43.95 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs.57.75 for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.
