Bodal Chemicals Limited is planning to acquire a remaining 20% equity stake of SENER BOYA KIMYA TEKSTIL ANONIM SIRKETI-Turkey from existing shareholders of the company.
In 2019, Bodal Chemicals Limited had acquired 80% stake in SENER BOYA KIMYA TEKSTIL ANONIM SIRKETI-Turkey based subsidiary company of the company.
SENER BOYA KIMYA TEKSTIL ANONIM SIRKETI, a subsidiary company of Bodal Chemicals Limited, is having business of marketing, purchase and sale of various dyestuff and other chemicals in Turkey and surrounding countries.
This acquisition will provide Bodal Chemicals complete control over a current well organized set up of standardization processing facility, optimized warehousing facilities, ready & strong customers base, decent work force as well as a goodwill and some intellectual brand name & its rights in a foreign territory.
