Aether Industries Limited has announced that 'Inauguration Ceremony' of newly extended research & development laboratory of the company is organized on October 11, 2022. Padma Vibhushan Dr. Man Mohan Sharma will be the Chief Guest for the event. The newly expanded R& D laboratory will be an addition to the current facility at Plot No. 21/7, SUSML Industrial Estate, Surat.

The Sukhjit Starch and Chemicals to consider sale of assets at Sarai Road, Phagwara

A Meeting of Board of Directors of the Sukhjit Starch and Chemicals Ltd is scheduled to be held on 14th October, 2022 to consider the sale / transfer of land, building and other fixed assets at Sarai Road, Phagwara relating to the closed unit of the company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company through postal ballot / in the extra ordinary general meeting, in consonance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The company had stopped its operations / manufacturing activities at Phagwara Unit after the commissioning of the new unit of the company (with higher capacities) at Rehana Jattan, Phagwara (outskirts of Phagwara City).

Manali Petrochemicals gets environment clearance for expansion of propylene glycol capacity

Manali Petrochemicals Limited has been granted environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Government of India yesterday for the project for augmentation of propylene glycol capacity in Plant 2 of the company. The project would be implemented in two phases and the first phase would be completed within 18-21 months of receipt of the other regulatory approvals, such as Consent To Establish from the State Pollution Control Board.
