Hikal Ltd gets reprieve from Hon'ble Bombay High court on MPCB order till Feb 22, 2022

Hikal Ltd had filed a writ petition in the Bombay High Court against the closure order of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) as informed on 15.02.2022 and on February 18, 2022, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to order that no precipitative action shall be taken by the authorities in the matter, till February 22, 2022.

Goa Carbon resumes operations at Goa unit

Goa Carbon Ltd has announced that the operations at the company's Goa Unit located at St. Jose de Areal, Salcete-Goa has resumed. The Kiln, has been lit up from today. After preliminary heat-up and commencement of feeding of raw material, normal production is likely to resume from tomorrow.

Mangalam Organics subsidiary changes name

Mangalam Organics Limited has announced that the name of the Wholly owned Subsidiary of the company has been changed from, ‘Campure Private Limited’ to ‘Mangalam Brands Private Limited’ and approved by the Registrar of Companies with effective from February 18, 2022. The subsidiary of the company will continue to carry on its business according to its main object.
