Reliance completes acquisition of Shubhalakshmi Polyesters

Reliance Polyester Limited (formerly known as Reliance Petroleum Retail Limited), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has completed the acquisition of polyester business of Shubhalakshmi Polyesters Limited and Shubhlaxmi Polytex Limited.

Apcotex Industries Limited has informed that the multi-purpose expansion plant for manufacturing of Synthetic Latex Emulsion Polymers at company’s plant in Taloja, Maharashtra has been commissioned and commenced commercial production.
