Goldstab Organics Pvt Ltd has appointed Brenntag as its distribution partner for PVC Stabilizers, Polymer Additives and Paint Driers in Indonesia.

 

The company (formerly known as Kalpataru Organics Pvt. Ltd.) is the largest manufacturer of PVC Heat Stabilizers, Metallic Stearates and Polymer Additives in India. It was founded by two dynamic technocrats in 1997 with a vision to create a world-class company serving the polymer industry with high quality products and superior service to the customers.

 

The small start-up has blossomed into a large, professionally-managed organization and is a force to reckon with, in the domestic as well as international market.

 

The company endeavors to be the largest and the most respected polymer additives company worldwide.

 

In 2014, Goldstab commissioned a state-of-the-art, fully automated and vertically-integrated plant with a capacity of 60,000-tpa for PVC stabilizers – the largest in Asia and currently exports about 35% of its output to more than 50 countries around the world. The plant is fully back integrated starting from oxidation of metal (in case of lead stabilizers), making individual stabilizers and complex stabilizers seamlessly without handling at the intermediate stages and the location of the plant is in Sarigram, Gujarat, India.

In 2019, the company also commissioned a plant for manufacturing lead-free, calcium-based stabilizers, and installed solar panels capable of generating a 525-KW of renewable energy.

To reach customers in South East Asia and to procure some of the raw materials it needs (mainly stearic acid), Goldstab has also incorporated a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Malaysia.

The company has also successfully diversified into paint additive manufacturing and plans to being a significant player in this segment both in India and in global markets.
