Solenis acquires speciality chemicals manufacturer in Turkey
Neu Kimya provides solutions to heavy/light water treatment, mining, oil and gas industries in Turkey

Solenis has closed on the acquisition of Neu Kimya Anonim Şirketi (Neu Kimya) on May 26, 2022.
Located in Istanbul, Turkey, Neu Kimya provides solutions to heavy/light water treatment, mining, oil and gas industries in Turkey, Southeast Europe and the Middle East. The acquisition of Neu Kimya fits well with Solenis’ direct-to-market strategy and will offer customers in the region improved product and service offerings.
