INOX Air Products has signed a long-term pact with Insolation Green Energy to supply ultra-high purity (UHP) nitrogen to the latter's 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing facility coming up at Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.
Under the partnership, INOXAP will supply UHP nitrogen through a dedicated direct pipeline at a capacity of 2,400 Nm³/hr. To support the project, the company will make significant investments in developing a dedicated pipeline network from its existing Air Separation Unit (ASU) in Narmadapuram, ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted supply of the critical industrial gas.
The UHP nitrogen will play a vital role in INA Solar's advanced manufacturing processes, helping maintain the stringent quality standards required for high-efficiency solar cell production.
The companies said the collaboration reinforces their shared commitment to strengthening India's renewable energy manufacturing ecosystem and supporting the country's drive towards self-reliance in clean energy.
Speaking about the partnership, Diganta Sarma, Head – Strategy & Business Development, INOX Air Products said “We are delighted to partner with INA Solar in supporting the growth of India’s renewable energy manufacturing sector.
