Amines & Plasticizers Ltd to get solar power supply from SPV

Amines & Plasticizers Limited had earlier announced the equity investment in Radiance MH Sunrise Six Pvt Ltd., (Radiance) which is engaged in the generation and supply of solar power. Radiance has announced that they have fully commissioned 2.6 MW Solar Power Project and the plant is now charged for supply of Solar Power to the Company. The necessary Short Term Open Access (STOA) permission was granted to them by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL), Jalna on March 31, 2023.

The company will now be able to meet some portion of its energy requirement from the supply of Solar Power from Radiance. However, at this stage it would be difficult to quantify the benefits that may accrue in energy cost from this arrangement.
