Borosil commences trial production of additional 42 TPD Opal Ware Glass in Jaipur

Borosil Limited has informed that the trial production for additional capacity of 42 TPD (tonnes per day) for Opal Ware Glass at the company's Jaipur plant has commenced on December 20, 2022.

The company had informed on August 13, 2021 with an update on August 9, 2022, regarding capacity addition of 42 TPD for Opal Ware Glass manufacturing at the company’s Jaipur plant in Rajasthan

Kansai Nerolac Paints' Srilankan subsidiary issues shares worth Rs. 10.99 Cr

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited have been informed by the Sri Lankan subsidiary, Kansai Paints Lanka (Private) Limited, that in a further issue of shares by the subsidiary, Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has been allotted 8,10,00,000 ordinary shares valued at LKR 6 per share.

The equity contribution of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited in the further issue of shares by the Sri Lankan subsidiary is LKR 486 million (Rs. 10.99 crore). The percentage shareholding by the company in the Srilankan subsidiary remains the same i.e. 60% of the paid-up share capital.

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited, has a subsidiary in Sri Lanka by the name, Kansai Paints Lanka (Private) Limited, wherein Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited holds 60% of paid-up share capital.
