Indian Oil issues non-convertible debentures of Rs. 2,500 Cr

Indian Oil Corporation Limited has issued 25,000, 7.44% Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable, Non- convertible debentures (Series -XXV) of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 2,500 crore on private placement basis on 25th November, 2022.

The funds raised through this issue will be utilized for, inter alia, refinancing of existing borrowing and/or funding of capital expenditure of the company, including recoupment of expenditure already incurred and/or for any other purpose in the ordinary course of business of the company.

Univar Solutions (Univar), a leading global solutions provider to users of specialty ingredients and chemicals, confirmed that it has received a preliminary indication of interest from Brenntag SE regarding a potential transaction. The Company does not intend to make any additional comments regarding this matter unless and until it is appropriate to do so.
