Ion Exchange (India) has bagged Rs. 168 crore contract from Technimont SpA, Italy

 Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers 

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited has shut down Ammonia and Urea plants for replacement reformer catalyst. The company will inform the stock exchange once plant production resumes.

Suzlon Energy 

Suzlon Energy Limited has completed the acquisition of 51% of the equity share capital of Renom. With the said acquisition, Renom has now become a subsidiary of Suzlon Energy Limited.

Ion Exchange (India)

Ion Exchange (India) Limited has been awarded contracts from Technimont SpA, Italy for De-Oiling, Demineralization and Condensate Poly Unit Packages for the Hail & Ghasha Development Project of ADNOC, U.A.E. totaling to approximately Rs. 168 crore. The projects are to be completed within 61 weeks from project award dates.

Synergy Green Industries

Synergy Green Industries Ltd. has bagged Rs. 163.74 crore orders from Vestas Wind Systems to be executed during FY 2025-26. These orders are for both 2 MW and 4 MW parts, split equally between domestic and export requirements. Vestas Wind System is one of the largest Wind OEMs in the world and contributed over 1/3rd of the company's order book for almost a decade now. Synergy Green is into manufacturing of large size critical castings to wind turbine parts with state- of-the-art facilities located at Kolhapur (Maharashtra) and established as a reliable supplier to all major global wind OEM’s.

Clean Science and Technology

The company has informed that Clean Science and Technology Limited has subscribed to the additional 8, 36,121 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 588 for cash, aggregating to Rupees fifty crores three hundred and fifty eight by way of subscription to the rights issue of Clean Fino-Chem Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The said shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) has received a contract from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) for Pipeline Replacement Project 8 Group A (PRP 8 Group A) on EPC reimbursable basis (OBE) at the ceiling price of Rs. 1,486.40 crore including all taxes and duties. The contract is for domestic subsea pipeline replacement.
