Shree Renuka Sugars expands Ethanol capacity

As per announcement dated 16th September 2022 regarding expansion of Shree Renuka Sugars Limited ethanol production capacities from 720 KLPD to 1,250 KLPD, the company is pleased to inform that it has commenced commissioning activities of its expanded ethanol production capacity at Athani (from 300 KLPD to 450 KLPD) and at Munoli (from 120 KLPD to 500 KLPD). After completion of the commissioning activities, the company’s Ethanol production capacity will stand increased from 720 KLPD to 1,250 KLPD.

Linde India board approves resignation of Robert John Hughes

The Board of Directors of Linde India Limited has approved the resignation of Robert John Hughes from the Board as the Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the company with effect from the close of business hours on 13 February 2023 in view of his other personal and professional commitments. The Board is in the process of appointing an Additional Director in the vacancy caused due to the resignation of Robert John Hughes.

Neogen Chemicals forms energy storage subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Neogen Chemicals Limited has considered and approved the incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) approved by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra with the main objective to address growth opportunities in energy storage such as Lithium-Ion Battery material space and other future energy storage chemistries.

The proposed authorised capital is Rs. 5,00,00,000 i.e. 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Proposed paid-up equity capital at the time of subscription is Rs. 1,00,00,000 i.e. 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
