Denka Company Limited has decided to enforce price revision for chloroprene rubber which is offered under the brand name of “Denka Chloroprene” considering cost increase in production and transportation.

The price increase is more than US$ 500 per metric ton effective from September 2nd, 2024 and is depending on destinations.

“We are continuously facing difficulty of rising cost in production and transportation. Our effort alone cannot absorb all the rising costs although we are making the best effort to minimize it. Hence we decided to increase its selling price in order to maintain the stable supply and business continuity. We deeply appreciate your continuous support and understanding on the price revision,” the company said in a press statement.
