EUROAPI weighs future of Brindisi site as strategic review & buyer talks continue

EUROAPI confirmed it is in talks with potential buyers regarding the Brindisi site

European API leader EUROAPI has acknowledged recent local media reports concerning its Brindisi site, as scrutiny grows around the future of the Italian facility.

The company says its wider review of strategic options for selected industrial assets is continuing as part of the Group’s “FOCUS-27” transformation plan, which aims to complete all related processes by the end of 2027.

At the same time, EUROAPI confirmed it is in talks with potential buyers regarding the Brindisi site, but stressed that no final decision has been taken.
