The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved incorporation of following Wholly Owned Subsidiaries - lndorama Sustainable Polymers (India) Private Limited and lndorama Sustainable Polyester Yarns Private Limited of Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited on 17th December, 2022.

lndorama Sustainable Polymers (India) Private Limited has a proposed authorised capital of Rs. 10,00,000. lndorama Sustainable Polymers (India) Private Limited shall carry out business to explore business operation of converting flakes into chips.

lndorama Sustainable Polyester Yarns Private Limited has a proposed authorised capital of Rs. 10,00,000. lndorama Sustainable Polyester Yarns Private Limited shall carry out business to manufacture partially oriented yarns from flakes chips and also to explore manufacturing operation relating to partially oriented yarn and fully drawn yarn through its polymerization line.
