TotalEnergies has officially started trading its ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange, replacing its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The shares will trade under the familiar ticker “TTE,” the same as on Euronext and the former ADR listing.
On October 30, 2025, the company announced the termination of its ADR programme and the conversion of all ADRs into ordinary shares. Each ADR was exchangeable for one NYSE-listed ordinary share.
As of today, TotalEnergies has completed the conversion of all outstanding ADRs into ordinary shares on the NYSE, the global energy giant has said.
