Total revenues reached Rs. 46.37 crore in Q3 FY26
Vipul Organics Limited, a leading specialty chemicals company in pigments and dyes, announced its Q3 FY2025-26 results, showing revenue up 16.92% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 11.65% year-on-year (YoY), with PAT rising 2.33% QoQ and 27.89% YoY.
Total revenues reached Rs. 46.37 crore in Q3 FY26, up from Rs. 41.53 crore YoY and Rs, 39.66 crore QoQ. PAT stood at Rs. 1.85 crore (standalone), improving from Rs. 1.45 crore YoY and Rs. 1.81 crore QoQ. Profit before tax (PBT) was Rs. 2.52 crore standalone. Consolidated figures were nearly identical: PAT Rs. 1.85 crore, PBT Rs. 2.51 crore.
For 9M FY26, total revenues grew 3.82% YoY to Rs. 123.72 crore, and PAT rose 35.17% to Rs. 4.93 crore (standalone), with PBT at Rs. 6.53 crore.
Vipul Shah, Managing Director, commented: "We have seen an improvement in our topline in this quarter. With our Capex almost done, we expect the benefits to kick in from the coming quarters. Our water membrane division has also shown traction and we are hopeful of order flow in the coming fiscal.
