Xpro India Q2 FY 23 revenue up 6%; Profit up 48%

Revenue in H1 FY23 increased by 34.9 % Y-o-Y to Rs. 293.6 crore accompanied by volume growth

Xpro India Limited, a diversified multi-locational company with a strong brand equity and a focused connection to the polymer processing industry, has announced Q2 FY23 revenue of Rs. 134 crore, a growth of 6% over Q2 FY22 whereas profit for Q2 FY23 reached Rs. 16.1 crore, a growth of 48% over Q2 FY22. 

Revenue in H1 FY23 increased by 34.9 % Y-o-Y to Rs. 293.6 crore accompanied by volume growth. EBITDA in H1 FY23 increased by 49 % Y-o-Y to Rs 42.1 crore. Profit after tax for H1 FY23 increased by 118.3% Y-o-Y to Rs. 34.6 crore.

Sustained domestic demand for Xpro Biax Dielectric films with market share > 30% (balance imported) and growing global demand for Xpro Biax Dielectric films also. Volumes to the white goods industry - primary market for the Coex division - grew 17.8% in the H1 FY23 over H1 FY22 but fell 20% Q-o-Q reflecting usual volatility and reduced refrigerator production volumes.
