Alok Tandon given additional charge of petroleum Secretary

He is a 1986 batch IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh and is presently Secretary, Ministry of Mines.

The Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India has approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas to Alok Tandon with immediate effect.

Alok Tandon is a 1986 batch IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh and is presently Secretary, Ministry of Mines.

Earlier, Tarun Kapoor was serving as Petroleum Secretary but he superannuated on November 30.
