The Board of Directors of Apcotex Industries Ltd, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, approved the re-appointment of Abhiraj Choksey as Managing Director of the company for the period of 3 years with effect from 1st May 2022.

Choksey is graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Engineering and Business from Wharton. He worked in strategy consulting and IT in the United States for a few years before joining Apcotex in 2005.

He is associated with the company since 2005 in various capacities and has been the Managing Director since May 2010. He is on the Executive Committee of the Indian Chemical Council (ICC), and an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO).
