The Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mugdha Amol Khare as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 2nd August, 2024.

Khare is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) by qualification. She has 15+ years of experience in the field of banking, treasury, forex, tax and audit.

She started career with KPMG (BSR & Co.) and joins the company with previous experience with NOCIL Limited (a part of Arvind Mafatlal Group). Apart from finance and treasury, she has been actively involved in business strategies, risk management and M&A assignments.
