Chemours elevates Jonathan Lock as Sr. VP & Chief Development Officer

Jonathan will continue to lead Chemours' M&A, corporate strategy, and investor relations functions, while also assuming responsibility for sustainability.

The Chemours Company announces that Jonathan Lock has been appointed to lead the company's sustainability efforts and will become a Section 16 officer effective November 8, 2021. As Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer, Jonathan will continue to lead Chemours' M&A, corporate strategy, and investor relations functions, while also assuming responsibility for sustainability. Sheryl Telford, Chemours' Chief Sustainability Officer will report directly to Jonathan.

Lock joined Chemours in May 2018 as Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Chemours, Lock held positions in corporate strategy and investor relations in the energy and materials sector, as well as strategic business transformation and consultancy roles supporting Fortune 500 companies. He was named to the Chemours Executive Team effective July 1, 2021.
