Heranba Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Ajit Gujral as Head - Strategic Development for Crop Protection Business. 

 

The responsibilities assigned to Ajit Gujral includes strategic development of its existing Business in B2B, brand, and P2P segment. In addition to the above assigned role, Gujral with his rich experience will also extend his support in the areas of patent filing, product registration (domestic + export), and introduction of new products in discussion with the R&D department. He will also be a part of the company’s PR team to help improve the market visibility of the company.

 

Gujral is a postgraduate in Agronomy from Haryana Agricultural University (HAU). He started his career with a premier organization, Hoechst India, in 1984. With more than 38 years of rich and multifaceted experience, Gujral has a profound understanding of the market and customer needs. Under his belt, he has many patented formulations and product processes which have created value for the organisations he has served. He has played a significant role in the global product strategy and international expansion during last assignment, as the company expanded its footprint into new regions. He has also performed leadership duties for major corporations in this industry, including Gharda Chemicals, Sumitomo Chemicals, Rallis, GSP Crop Science, and Best Agrolife Limited.
