Ashish Shinde has been appointed as Managing Director of Iberchem India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, he was working as Country Sales Director of Croda in India. He worked with Croda India in various capacities for more than 19 years.

At Croda India, he was responsible for topline and margin growth, people development, innovation promotion, technical service capability enhancement, driving sales processes and key account management.

Ashish is BE (Polymer) from MIT, Pune.

In November 2020, Croda International agreed to buy Iberchem for US$973 million. 

Iberchem, founded in 1985, counts on 21 facilities, including eleven production plants, strategically located across the world, as well as a commercial presence in over 120 countries. 

The company is a leader in the creation and commercialisation of high performance ingredients that serve a wide range of industries, including the Consumer Care Markets, Beauty and Personal Care, and Home Care.
