Rossari Biotech appoints Debashish Vanikar as the CEO of Surfactants & Silicone Business

He will be leading the integration of Rossari with its new acquisitions and driving accelerated growth of the group through these new businesses

Rossari Biotech Limited has announced the appointment of Debashish Vanikar as the CEO of Surfactants & Silicone Business. 

A seasoned strategist and business manager for the last 21 years, Debashish will be leading the integration of Rossari with its new acquisitions and driving accelerated growth of the group through these new businesses. 

Commenting on the appointment, Sunil Chari, Managing Director & Co-Founder, Rossari Biotech Ltd. said, “Rossari is in a very crucial growth phase and is looking at organic as well as inorganic growth opportunities simultaneously. Debashish has worked across B2B industries like adhesives, cement, chemicals, and paints. He has led many business transformation and integration projects across different geographies.

Prior to this, Debashish Vanikar was working with Pidilite Industries as their President. He has also been associated with Ultra Tech Cement Limited, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Aditya Birla Management Corporation, CLAAS, Asian Paints Limited and Procter & Gamble Limited. 

One of his key assignments was Executive Assistant to Kumar Mangalam Birla at Aditya Birla Group. Vanikar is an Economics and Statistics graduate and holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration in Marketing & Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.
