Astral Poly Technik has reported total income of Rs.903.6 crores during the period ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs.752 crores during the period ended September 30, 2020 and Rs.666.3 crores during the period ended December 31, 2019.

The company has posted net profit of Rs.123.2 crores for the period ended December 31, 2020 as against net profit of Rs.86.7 crores for the period ended September 30, 2020 and a net profit of  Rs.67.6 crores for the period ended December 31, 2019.

Astral Poly Technik has reported total income of Rs.2063.4 crores during the 9 months period ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs.1961 crores during the 9 months period ended December 31, 2019.

The company has posted net profit of Rs.229.8 crores for the 9 months period ended December 31, 2020 as against net profit of Rs.196.8 crores for the 9 months period ended December 31, 2019.

Also, the Board of Directors of the company vide passing resolution by circulation dated January 28, 2021 approved the change of name of the Company from 'Astral Poly Technik Limited' to 'Astral Limited', subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of Postal Ballot and other necessary statutory/regulatory approvals. The name availability is granted by the office of Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide letter dated February 3, 2021.
