Borouge International has unveiled a new polyolefin elastomer positioned as a “chameleon” material designed to enhance flexibility and streamline processing across a broad range of industrial applications.

The company says the new grade -- Queo 7030LA-P -- combines low density with high melt flow, directly targeting a long-standing industry challenge: achieving both strong performance and easy processability in modern formulations.

It also opens up new formulation options in a segment where access to high-performance elastomers for demanding compounds and blends has traditionally been limited.

Developed using advanced solution-phase technology, Queo 7030LA-P is engineered to deliver a balanced combination of softness, flexibility, and stable flow behavior.

According to Borouge, this makes it suitable for use in automotive components, adhesives, and highly filled compounds, while supporting consistent processing and maintaining product quality across varied end-use applications.

The launch underscores Borouge International’s push to expand its high-performance materials portfolio with customer-focused solutions aimed at serving a wide range of industries.
