Pidilite Industries Ltd has reported total income of Rs.2252.85 crores during the period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs.2319.40 crores during the period ended December 31, 2020. The company reported total income of Rs.1558.64 crores during the period ended March 31, 2020.

The company has posted net profit of Rs.306.19 crores for the period ended March 31, 2021 as against net profit of Rs.441.83 crores for the period ended December 31, 2020. The company posted net profit of Rs.157.53 crores for the period ended March 31, 2020.

Pidilite Industries has reported total income of Rs.7372.11 crores during the 12 months period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs.7443.90 crores during the 12 months period ended March 31, 2020.

It posted net profit of Rs.1131.21 crores for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2021 as against net profit of Rs.1116.42 crores for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2020.

The company has reported EPS of Rs.22.24 for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs.21.97 for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2020.

Commenting on the quarter performance, Bharat Puri, Managing Director, Pidilite Industries Ltd, said: "This quarter witnessed robust broad-based growth across all businesses and geographies. Despite significant challenges in FY 21, we have displayed adaptability and resilience while building capacity and capability. Gross margins continue to be impacted due to unprecedented inflation in input costs. Despite pricing and cost actions, we expect margins to remain under pressure in the coming quarters. The current second wave of the pandemic poses challenges and Pidilite remains committed to working with our partners to overcome this crisis."
