Welspun Corp Limited (WCL), a preferred supplier of line pipes in the world has received Rs. 418 crores order from Saudi Aramco.

Recently, the company has received additional orders of approximately 129 KMT valued at Rs. 1,200 crores (approximately). Out of these orders, approximately 69 KMT would be executed from its Saudi facility, including a single order of 45 KMT from Saudi Aramco, one of the company's most prestigious clients.

These orders bring in clear business continuity for FY22, both in the domestic and Saudi market and is a testimony of the company's global leadership position and a strong customer connection.

WCL currently offers a one stop solution in line pipes with a capacity to manufacture Longitudinal (LSAW), Spiral (HSAW) and HFERW/HFI (ERW) pipes. The company additionally offers coating, bending and double jointing facilities, thereby giving a 360-degree pipe solution to its customers.

The Group has marquee clients, covering most of the Fortune 100 companies in the Oil & Gas and retail sectors. In the Line Pipe sector, Welspun has to its credit some of the most prestigious projects including the world’s deepest pipeline project in the Gulf of Mexico, heaviest pipeline project in the Persian Gulf, highest LNG pipeline project in Peru and longest pipeline project from Canada to the US.
