Chembond Chemicals closes Thane facility of Phiroze Sethna

The company has closed the plant on 20th August, 2021 and revenue contributed by Thane facility of Phiroze Sethna Private Limited during the last financial year was Rs. 7 crore

Phiroze Sethna Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chembond Chemicals Limited has permanently closed the Thane manufacturing facility.

The company closed the plant on 20th August, 2021 and revenue contributed by Thane facility of Phiroze Sethna Private Limited during the last financial year was Rs. 7 crore.

The reasons for closure was poor financial viability and this closure will not adversely affect the consolidated financials of the company.

Chembond Chemicals Limited is more than 45-year-old known in India, manufacturing a diverse range of specialty chemicals like water treatment, polymers, construction chemicals, high performance coatings, animal nutrition’s, and industrial biotech products.
