Royal DSM, a global science-based company in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living, has announced the completion of the sale of its Advanced Solar business in backsheet products to Worthen Industries, Inc. The proposed transaction was announced on 11 March 2021.
The transfer of DSM’s remaining solar backsheets business follows the sale of DSM’s solar coatings business to Covestro AG, part of a broader agreement to sell DSM’s Resins and Functional Materials businesses.
