India Glycols forms new subsidiary

New subsidiary IGL Green Chemicals Pvt Ltd has been formed on 26th August 2020.

India Glycols Limited (IGL) has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely IGL Green Chemicals Private Limited (IGCPL).

The date of incorporation of the wholly-owned subsidiary is 26th August, 2020 and the company has an authorised share capital of Rs. 100,000 i.e. 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The company has decided to transfer the 'BioEO (Speciality Chemicals) Business' to the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company i.e. IGL Green Chemicals Private Limited.

India Glycols is a leading company that manufactures green technology based bulk, specialty and performance chemicals and natural gums, spirits, industrial gases, sugar and nutraceuticals. Incorporated in 1983, the company established a single mono-ethylene glycol plant and since then, IGL has brought together cutting-edge technology, innovation and an unflagging commitment to quality, to manufacture a wide range of products that have found global demand.
