Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of "Acetyls Holding Private Limited" in accordance with terms of the Share Purchase Agreement dated December 9, 2020 and Prospectus dated March 18, 2021.

With this acquisition, Acetyls Holding Private Limited and its subsidiary company namely Yellowstone Chemicals Private Limited have become subsidiaries of the Company w.e.f. October 1, 2021.
