Saint-Gobain sells two glass processing plants in Germany

This sale concerns two sites: Döring Berlin and Radeburg, which employ a total of almost 200 people and generated €20 million in sales in 2020

Saint-Gobain has announces the sale of Saint-Gobain Glassolutions Objekt-Center, which specializes in glass processing operations as part of the Glassolutions network in Germany, to the German privately-owned AEQUITA group based in Munich.
 
This sale concerns two sites: Döring Berlin and Radeburg, which employ a total of almost 200 people and generated €20 million in sales in 2020. AEQUITA already purchased the operations of Glassolutions in the Netherlands in 2019.
 
This transaction is part of Saint-Gobain’s continued portfolio optimization strategy to enhance the Group’s growth and profitability profile.
