Shivam Chemicals Limited has commenced Phase I production of Feed-Grade Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP) at its subsidiary's manufacturing plant in Dahej, Gujarat. The facility is operated by Shivam Chemicals & Minerals Private Limited.

This operational milestone marks the company's strategic expansion from pure distribution and sales into backward-integrated in-house manufacturing within the feed phosphate sector.

Dicalcium Phosphate is a vital source of calcium and phosphorus used extensively in animal feed formulations. By adding DCP manufacturing to its portfolio, the group directly complements its existing Hydrated Lime operations, which currently feature an installed production capacity of roughly 5,000 MT per month.

Shivam Chemicals is unlocking higher value across the feed phosphate supply chain by evolving from a distributor into an integrated manufacturer. The group's Dahej facility represents Phase I of this expansion, establishing a scalable launchpad for future manufacturing capacity.
