SRF has announced that the The Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) has issued a revocation order under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for resumption of operations in SRFs P2 and the two other allied plants with immediate effect.

“The Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) has issued a revocation order under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for resumption of operations in SRFs P2 and the two other allied plants with immediate effect,” SRF said in the regulatory filing.

This is in continuation of our letter dated August 3, 2021, and August 12, 2021, intimating the exchange about an incident at Chemicals Complex in Dahej, Gujarat, it added.
