Linde India sells land in Kolkata for Rs. 300 Cr

The operations of the erstwhile factory were earlier shifted to the site at Uluberia.

Linde India sold and disposed of land and buildings pertaining to its closed factory (Packaged Gases Plant) at 48/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700 027 for an aggregate consideration of Rs.300 crores to Mindstone Mall Developers Private Limited, a company having its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 

In furtherance of the same, the Company has today executed a Deed of Conveyance for transfer of ownership of the said land and buildings at 48/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700 027 in favour of Mindstone Mall Developers. 

 

The operations of the erstwhile Packaged Gases Plant (factory) at 48/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700 027 were earlier shifted to the site at Uluberia, Howrah 711 316.
