Expected to be operational in 2021, the new renewable hydrogen facility allows the Douglas County PUD to manufacture commercial hydrogen using electrolysis to harvest hydrogen from water from Wells Dam on the Columbia River.
The sale is expected to close early in Q4FY20, following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including regulatory requirements.
These projects of oil and gas PSUs, their joint ventures and subsidiaries include refinery projects, bio-refineries, exploration and production (E&P) projects, marketing infrastructure projects, pipelines, city gas distribution projects, drilling/survey activities.
Together, the partnering companies cover the whole value chain for renewable hydrogen and sustainable fuels. Topsoe will contribute with know-how about technologies that convert captured CO2 into sustainable methanol and jet fuel using hydrogen from electrolysis of water.
As per the agreement, heavy-duty trucks with the Shell card crossing France will now have access to Air Liquide's network of multi-energy stations on the French territory
The contract with Companhia Energética Manauara is for the Manauara power plant in Manaus, Brazil, and was signed in July 2020.
As per the deal, both companies will manufacture integrally geared centrifugal compressors and companders.
