Sustainable infrastructure company Enviro Infra Engineers has reported a sharp 49.09% year-on-year jump in revenue from operations to Rs. 3,592 million for the first quarter, as strong project execution across its water infrastructure business and expanding renewable energy portfolio drove growth.
The company’s order book crossed Rs. 67,208 million as of Q1 FY27, giving it strong multi-year revenue visibility and accelerating its transition into an integrated environmental and engineering player.
Revenue from operations climbed to Rs. 3,592 million in Q1 FY27 from Rs. 2,409 million a year earlier, reflecting steady execution across ongoing projects.
EBITDA, excluding other income, rose 17.87% YoY to Rs. 757 million, compared with Rs. 642 million in Q1 FY26. EBITDA margin stood at 21.07%.
Profit after tax increased 6.47% YoY to Rs. 452 million, against Rs. 425 million in the year-ago quarter, with a PAT margin of 12.38%.
The company strengthened its position in the water infrastructure segment during the quarter by securing two Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects under the Namami Gange Programme, with a combined value of Rs. 2,569 million.
The contracts, awarded by Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Rural), include a Rs. 1,301 million project for a 60 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) at Lohta and a Rs. 1,268 million 45 MLD STP at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar, Varanasi. Both projects will be executed through wholly owned special purpose vehicles.
Enviro Infra also secured a Rs. 1,135 million EPC and O&M contract from Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited for water infrastructure development in Gujarat.
Its renewable energy business added further momentum. Step-down subsidiary Suyog Urja Limited won a Rs. 2,075 million contract from CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Limited for land aggregation and Balance of Plant (BoP) works on a hybrid renewable energy project, targeted for completion by June 30, 2027.
