SCOPE bullish about Atmanirbhar Bharat 3.0 for reviving economic growth

SCOPE (Standing Conference of Public Enterprises), apex body of Public Sector Enterprises has welcomed the slew of measures announced by the Government as part of Atmanirbhar Bharat 3.0 to retrace the economic growth of the country, which is already showing positive signs.
Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE said that while the country continues to effectively combat the pandemic, the stimulus announced shall provide further boost to employment, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, exports and also promote positive business sentiments. He specifically complimented the Government in identifying additional 10 champion sectors for taking firm steps towards boosting manufacturing and also for incentivizing construction and infrastructure sector which would be beneficial for all including the public sector.
He also commended the efforts of the Government in attaining significant progress so far under Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan. Sobti concluded “SCOPE appreciates the Government efforts in balancing the people and commercial aspects necessary for development and economic growth.”
