Zuari Agro resumes production of NPK-B plant at Goa

Production has been resumed effective October 31, 2020

Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited has resumed production of NPK-B Plant at Goa effective October 31, 2020. 
 
With the operation of NPK-B Plant, all plants of the company are now operational. The company had shut down one of the two Granulation Plants (NPK-B Plant) of the company at Zuarinagar, Goa in May 2019. 
 
The company had recently shut the urea plant repairs work from 15th October, 2020.
 
Zuari's fertilizer plant has an annual installed capacity of 9,46,000 metric tonnes of fertilizer. The entire manufacturing facility located in Goa comprises of four separate plants, namely Ammonia, Urea, NPK A and NPK B. The plants employ the latest in pipe-reactor technology and are based on the slurry granulation process.
