Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), an implementing agency of the National Green Hydrogen Mission, has announced the winners of its ambitious hydrogen energy projects. SECI issued letters of award (LoA) for setting up green hydrogen production facilities and availing the incentives offered under the programme.
The awarded annual production capacity is 4, 50,000 MT and the maximum allocated incentive is Rs. 2,238.59 crore.
While 14 companies had bid for the incentives, nine companies were selected as they emerged as the lowest bidders under Tranche II of Mode I. The companies which received the LoA include Reliance Green Hydrogen and Green Chemicals, L&T Energy Green Tech, Waaree Clean Energy Solutions, Oriana Power, Green Infra Renewable Energy Farms (Sembcorp), Suryadeep KA1 Project (Insolare), GH2 Solar, AM Green Ammonia (India) and Matrix Gas and Renewables.
