Atlas Copco Group completes acquisition of Chinese heating and cooling manufacturer
The acquisition strengthens Atlas Copco Group’s position in industrial heating and cooling technologies

Atlas Copco Group has completed the acquisition of Guangdong Euroklimat Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Co, a Chinese manufacturer of industrial heating and cooling solutions, expanding its footprint in process cooling and energy conversion applications.
The acquisition, which was previously announced, has now been finalized, bringing Guangdong Euroklimat into Atlas Copco Group’s Oil-free Air division within its Compressor Technique Business Area.
Founded in 2009, Guangdong Euroklimat serves a broad range of industrial applications, with a particular focus on process cooling and energy conversion. The company operates factories and assembly plants in Guangdong Province and Tianjin, along with sales offices across Southeast Asia.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Guangdong Euroklimat generated revenues of RMB 1.281 billion in 2025, equivalent to approximately SEK 1.8 billion, and employed around 1,000 people.
The acquisition strengthens Atlas Copco Group’s position in industrial heating and cooling technologies and adds a significant Chinese operation to its global Compressor Technique business.

In 2025, Atlas Copco Group reported revenues of SEK 168 billion and had approximately 56,000 employees at year-end. The Group operates across four business areas spanning compressed air and vacuum solutions, energy solutions, dewatering and industrial pumps, and industrial power tools, assembly and machine vision solutions.
