The Board of Directors of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has approved the appointment of Arun Kumar Singh as an Additional Director and Chairman with effect from January 14, 2021.

The Board of Directors has also appointed R. K. Jain as an Additional Director with effect from January 14, 2021.

Arun Kumar Singh, nominee of BPCL is Director (Marketing) of BPCL and R. K. Jain is Executive Director (F&A) of GAIL India Ltd.
