The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers has appointed Aparna S Sharma as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) with effect from September 1, 2020. 

 

Aparna S Sharma is Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. 

 

She has over 25 years of work experience in various Ministries of Government of India including Department of Higher Education, Health and Family Welfare, Personnel and Training, Finance and Urban Development. She has handled a range of subjects while handling portfolios of varied nature relating to intellectual property rights, infrastructure development, policy formulation, scheme implementation, drafting legislation and work of regulatory nature. 

 

Aparna is a post graduate in English Literature from Delhi University and a 1990 batch CSS Officer.
