The Basic Chemical Industries announces that the Board of Directors has decided to accept the resignation of Ossama Farouk Abdel Hamid from his position as CEO of the company due to his personal reasons.

 

The Board of Directors expressed its thanks to Osama Farouk for his services and contributions throughout his service in the company and wishing him success.
