Cosmo First Limited (formerly Cosmo Films Limited) has appointed Neeraj Kumar Sharma as Vice President- Taxation and Corporate Affairs (senior management personnel) of the company from 7th January, 2025.

Sharma has more than 25 years of experience in international/domestic taxation, transfer pricing, regulatory & policy matters across various industries like oil & gas, healthcare, hospitality, and E-commerce.

He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
